Lamb Korma

1lb Lamb
1 Large onion (sliced of course)
3 oz Margarine or Ghee
1 carton natural Yoghurt
2tsp Dhania Powder
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder>
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp salt
Pinch Garlic Powder
Pinch Ginger powder
3 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
1 Piece Cinammon
1tbsp ground almond

Cpan

Mix spices and garlic powder with Yoghurt. Put lamb in and marinate several hours or overnight. Fry onion till brown
then add lamb and Yoghurt mixture.rinse remaining yoghurt out with a cup of water into the pot and simmer gently
for 45 minutes to an hour, then add the tbsp of ground almonds.

Note

If you don't like lamb (sad git) you can substitute chicken.
