1 lb Lean Mince
1 Large Onion
2 Green Chillies
Few Coriander Leaves
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Meat Tenderiser (optional)
2 tbsp Gram Flour

Place onion, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves in food processor - make a fine paste. mix in mince, spices and tenderiser. Leave to stand for a couple of hours.

Dry roast gram flour and then add to mince mixture.

Take golf ball size amounts and mould into sausage shape. Put a stick through middle and shallow fry. Alternatively dont bother with the stick and cook under the grill.
